The Manitowoc Ice IYT0300A half dice ice machine head has an air cooling, integrated refrigeration system to streamline installation and reduce the risk of cross contamination. It cools with R404a refrigerant and generates as much as 310 lbs of half dice ice per day. When ambient heat is high, this unit makes closer to 230 lbs ice daily. The ice production is programmable to accommodate for downtime. To push ice into a compartment that is sold separately, this Manitowoc unit IYT0300A ice machine head uses an automatic, ice-sensing probe. Active sense maintains ice production is consistent, and to keep the system running smoothly for extended periods, this unit has a daily maintenance and diagnostic feature.
