The Manitowoc Ice IDT0300A full dice ice machine head has a DuraTech™ exterior that prevents unsightly smudges and prevents rust. Its foodzone has removable components to facilitate cleaning and is coated with AlphaSan® antimicrobial to slow the growth of bacteria. To streamline installation and reduce the risk of cross contamination, the air cooling condenser is integrated and cools with R410a refrigerant. Producing dice-sized cubes of ice, this Manitowoc unit IDT0300A ice machine head can make as much as 305 lbs ice daily. When operating temperatures are high, it makes closer to 230 lbs per day. For consistent harvesting, this unit uses active sense technology, and ice is pushed into a compartment or dispenser with an acoustic sensing probe.
