The maker’s CycleSaver™ stainless steel evaporator forms ice on both sides, doubling its life and rate of production. Because it is air cooling, the unit is cheaper and easier to set up than a water-cooled system. This unit is front breathing, so operators can fit it beneath the counter without providing extra space for airflow. Its stainless steel exterior supplies resilience throughout the daily wear and tear of a kitchen or bar.
