- 14-in. wheels and locking casters make it possible to move the fryer
- 4 fry baskets hold product during cooking and have plastic-coated handles for protection
- 6 heat exchanger tubes are positioned for easy cleaning
- Tank holders hold 30-lb. vertical propane tanks
- Galvanized steel fry tank covers
- 2 stage regulators and hoses
- 1.25-in. full port ball type drain valve with a drain pipe extension
- High limit shut off safety turns off the flow of gas if the temperature exceeds the limit
- 200-400 degrees F range for the millivolt thermostat control
- Combo pilot ignition system and gas shut-off valve
