• Temperature range: 150-165 degrees F
• Gentle heating keeps food hot and safe while maintaining moisture and ensuring it does not continue to cook
• Should be preheated for 45 min. before use for proper heated holding
• Recovers temperatures 3 min. after a door has been opened and closed
• Polyethylene exterior remains cool to the touch to reduce burn risks
• Polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to keep temperatures above 148 degrees F for at least 4 hrs. when electricity is not available
• 12 molded-in rails hold full-size, half-size, and third-size food pans with varying depths or half-size sheet pans
• Vent cap releases steam to equalize pressure and ensure food does not get soggy
• Interior thermometer is removable for cleaning
• 9-in. bend-resistant nylon latch opens easily and closes tightly
