• 1-in.-thick, polished steel plate is welded to a 3¹⁄₄-in. stainless steel back
• Plate is evenly heated by 4 U-shaped aluminized steel burners placed every 12 in.
• 1 mechanical, snap action thermostat is embedded in each burner for efficient heating and quick response time
• Temperature can be adjusted from 200-450 degrees F
• 1 pilot for 2 burners minimizes gas use to save energy
• Pilot safety shuts the gas off to the pilot and burners if the pilot extinguishes
• Side splashes keep grease splashes contained
• Stainless steel grease trough directs grease to a 4¹⁄₂-qt. can
• Stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame is fully welded to add structure
• Sides, front, and front top ledge are made of stainless steel to provide durability
• ³⁄₄-in. rear gas connection and convertible gas pressure regulator (Propane conversion kit is supplied with the griddle)
