The True GDM-10-HC~TSL01 one-section glass door merchandiser is energy efficient because of its use of double-pane, thermal-insulated glass that reflects UV rays and delivers insulation. Since the door self-closes, cold air is kept inside. Improving strength and minimizing energy consumption, the cacompartmentet is foamed in place with polyurethane insulation. A black powder-coated exterior avoids peeling or chipping since it is permanent, and the white aluminum interior liner brightens the cacompartmentet, along with LED interior lights that highlight products. Heavy-duty, PVC-coated shelves hold heavy food products with ease and adjust on 1⁄2" increments. Environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used by the integrated capillary tube system to keep temperatures cool. The refrigeration system maintains even temperatures between 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while energy consumption is reduced and less heat is produced as the evaporator and condenser fan motors push out a consistent volume of air. To simplify maintenance and cleaning, the True GDM-10-HC~TSL01 one-section glass door merchandiser has a bottom-mounted condenser unit. The fan motor operates in reverse for 20 seconds after the compressor is started, blowing off excess dirt and debris from the condensing coil.
