The Scotsman MC0530MA-1/B530P Prodigy ELITE® ice machine and compartment has a stainless steel finish over a corrosion-resistant, rotocast plastic construction. With a 536-pound storage capacity and polyurethane insulation, ice is kept from melting in the polyethylene interior. A scoop is included with a built-in scoop holder to keep ice sanitary, and a recessed drain fitting creates flexibility when installing. For uninterrupted air flow, the Scotsman MC0530MA-1/B530P ice machine with compartment has an air filter located on its front. It can make 525 lbs ice daily and has an air cooling condenser that uses R404A refrigerant. AutoAlert™ lights activate when maintenance and service is needed, and a QR code on the front of the unit can be scanned for technical and warranty information. Operators can use the ICELINQ® mobile app from Scotsman to check the ice machine dashboard, adjust the unit’s settings, and walk through a step-by-step guided cleaning process. Its WaterSense feature monitors water quality to reduce scale buildup.
