In day, it can make 152 lbs ice; this maximum amount depends on ambient air and incoming water temperatures and can fluctuate if these conditions aren't ideal. A 75-pound-capacity storage compartment is integrated into the unit, keeping ice close at hand as bartenders make drinks. Because the compartment has a polyethylene liner, it has a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. A blue LED light in the compartment maintains clear visibility when scooping, and for sanitary ice retrieval, an ice scoop and scoop holder come standard.
