Its 24" width and 24" depth work well in tight back bar spaces while providing 265 lbs of maximum daily ice production. Its built-in storage compartment has a 75-pound capacity with an integrated blue LED light for visibility when scooping. Because the compartment's interior liner is made of polyethylene—a smooth material that eliminates crevices—it simplifies the cleaning process. A scoop and integrated holder are included with the ice compartment for sanitary scooping and storing. Great for cocktail and soda service, the MoTak unit KT-UIF-260 professional undercounter ice machine generates full dice ice. Excluding gourmet ice, these cubes are the largest style in professional settings to create a slow-melting option that won't quickly dilute drinks.
