Versatile enough for use in casual and quick-service restaurants, bars, and cafes, the MoTak KT-MIH-360/KT-IB-310 ice machine and compartment generates half dice ice. These ice cubes are smaller than full cubes, providing quicker and more thorough cooling for soft drinks and the blending of frozen drinks. In day, the ice maker head can create 361 lbs ice in ideal conditions. It operates with an air cooling condenser, which is the most common design as it's easier to install and service than water-cooled and remote-cooled alternatives. Unlike those designs, the air cooling unit doesn’t require additional water lines, refrigerant lines, or connections. The ice machine has a digital control panel and display, providing operators with programmability, operating status, automatic cleaning (regular cleaning and maintenance still required), and compartment overload protection.
