Because this model is air cooled, its condenser eliminates the need for additional water or refrigerant lines for water or remote cooling, ensuring installation and servicing are convenient and efficient. As shown with the programmable controller and digital display, the MoTak KT-MIF-360 professional ice machine is engineered with intuitive technology in mind. Its display screen shows the unit's status, and this ice maker has automatic cleaning and compartment overload protection functions.
