Making crescent cubes, this unit is ideal for dispensing ice into buckets and cups for soft drinks or mixed drinks. If there is a system issue that requires maintenance, the EverCheck™ alert system notifies the operator with an audible alarm. H-Guard Plus® protection is built into the unit, slowing the growth of microbes between cleanings. This Hoshizaki KML-325MWJ ice maker has a stainless steel exterior finish that supplies strength and corrosion resistance. It also offers a stainless steel evaporator designed to ensure hard, clear ice production. This unit is designed for hardwired installation and has a integrated condenser.
