The Eurodib CB425A undercounter top hat ice maker generates top hat, or gourmet, ice that is perfect for hotels, bars, fast food restaurants, and more. The ice is made by water being sprayed into chilled cavities in the evaporator, creating a top hat shape. Water is frozen in the evaporator, and ice falls into the storage compartment one at a time. With a large diameter that maintains water can flow freely, the metal sprayers that shoot water into the evaporator reduce hard water effects to produce clear, pure ice cubes. Mineral buildup is also reduced due to the evaporator's stainless steel construction. The stainless steel construction of the unit delivers durability for professional use and prevents rust. The machine's front airflow means you will not need clearance on the sides and back. Ice production can be increased or decreased, depending on your needs throughout the day. Doors on the compartment slide up and tuck under the ice machine top cover to make scooping ice easier. The water pump is not immersed, which reduces complications. Air filters are removable so you can easily clean them and save money on maintenance.
