Depending on surrounding conditions, the Eurodib CB249A Brema® undercounter ice maker can produce 62 lbs of top-hat ice daily, which is perfect for upscale bars and restaurants. Instead of sheets of ice, individual hat-shaped cubes fall off the evaporator, maximizing production and saving space in the compartment. Since the evaporator is made of stainless steel, little mineral buildup is left behind, increasing pump and compressor operation to ensure ice cubes are clear and space-saving. The Eurodib CB249A undercounter ice maker takes in air from the front, so it does not require clearance on the back or sides and can be installed beside other equipment. Made of stainless steel, the interior and exterior are heavy duty and rust resistant. This unit has an air cooling condenser, so it does not require as much water for operation as liquid-cooled condensers. Its air filter can be removed for cleaning or replacement. For safety, the unit automatically shuts down when overheating.
