• Heating element is not in the cavity, separating it from water that could cause system issues
• Inverted-flow, forced convection moves steam throughout the cavity with a fan
• On/off power switch
• 60-min. electromechanical timer
• Low-water, cook, and standby indicator lights
• Reinforced, 14-ga. stainless steel cavity is rust resistant and strong
• 2-panel door is designed to retain heat
• Magnetic door switch shuts the fan off when the door is opened
• Low-water warning system and automatic shut-off function monitor water level and prevent operation if it is low
