Over day, the Scotsman UF2020AX-1 undercounter flake ice machine makes 216 lbs ice if ambient air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. In warmer environments, the unit will make around 149 lbs per day. Producing flake ice, it can be used in healthcare since this ice type doesn’t pose a choking hazard, and it also works well in supermarkets with seafood and produce displays. Holding 57 lbs, the unit has a built-in storage compartment. An ice scoop is included, and the compartment door has a slide-back design for convenient access. Measuring 20" wide, the Scotsman UF2020AX-1 flake undercounter ice maker fits in space-saving areas, and so side clearances aren't needed, it breathes from the front.
