The Scotsman MC0830SA-32 Prodigy Plus® cube ice machine head can produce as much as 905 lbs of small-size ice cubes per day for establishments with a great need for high-volume ice production. This modular air cooling machine only offers a head and requires a separate storage compartment to receive the ice. A WaterSense adaptive purge control system reduces scale buildup and extends the time between cleanings by purging loose minerals in the water reservoir. A QR code connects users to service and warranty information history. Slowing bacterial growth between cleanings, antimicrobial protection guards are built into the surface of the Scotsman MC0830SA-32 professional cube ice machine head. Its one-touch cleaning system is a self-cleaning mechanism that maintains sanitation while minimizing operator labor.
