To ensure sanitation between cleanings, this air cooling professional ice maker also has antimicrobial protection that protects the internal surfaces. AutoAlert™ indicator lights improve visibility and help determine its operating status for necessary maintenance. This modular cube ice maker also has one-touch cleaning feature that reduces costs for labor and preserves time. With its accessible front panel, the Scotsman MC0830MA-32 professional ice machine sports a intuitive design. This panel is self-aligning to keep key components in place and provide ample space for users to monitor operation. Furthermore, its front air filter helps blow out air efficiently to reduce external moisture buildup and condensation. Inside the unit, its Harvest Assist mechanism directs ice to a compartment (sold separately) for use, while the WaterSense purge control technology minimizes scale buildup to help maintain a fresh taste and smell with ice.
