The Scotsman MC0530MA-1/HD30B-1 Prodigy ELITE® ice machine has an air cooling condenser and can make 525 lbs ice daily. Its air filter is located on the front, providing better airflow and breathability than a filter located on the back or side. To keep the operators informed, the AutoAlert™ lights display the unit's status and indicate when maintenance is needed. For intuitive control over the ice maker, operators can download the ICELINQ® mobile app. With this technology, users can check the machine dashboard, adjust the ice-making controls, and walk through a step-by-step guided cleaning process. A Harvest Assist feature pushes ice into the compartment to ensure a constant supply, and water quality is adjusted by the WaterSense feature to minimize scale buildup. To begin the cleaning process, the operator only needs to push a button. This machine is protected with antimicrobial technology to keep ice sanitary between cleanings.
