It’s water cooled and has a integrated condenser to streamline installation. To defend against corrosion and simplify cleaning, it offers a stainless steel finish with AgION™ antimicrobial protection. The self-aligning front panel delivers access to key components, and scale is removed from the unit with WaterSense adjustable purge control. Providing users with operational status updates, the Scotsman MC0330MW-1 ice machine head features AutoAlert™ indicating lights. As this unit can be paired with Scotsman’s ICELINQ® mobile app, operators have complete access to dashboard information, operating controls, and a step-by-step guided cleaning process. A harvest assist feature helps guide ice through the unit and into an accompanying compartment or dispenser that must be purchased separately.
