The Scotsman MC0330MA-1/B330P Prodigy ELITE® ice cube machine and compartment have a stainless steel exterior with a metallic finish to resist scratches and dents. This unit can make 400 lbs ice and has a Harvest Assist feature that pushes ice into the compartment with hot gas and a probe. It has an air cooling, integrated refrigeration system and an air filter located at the front to improve air circulation, while the WaterSense purge control feature adjusts water quality to reduce scale buildup. Technical service and warranty information is provided to the user with the QR code on the front of the unit. Operators can download Scotsman’s ICELINQ® mobile app to check the ice maker’s dashboard, adjust the settings, and walk through a step-by-step interactive cleaning process. Antimicrobial technology is built-in to keep the machine sanitized between cleanings, and all of the internal components are accessible through the removable, self-aligning front panel.
