In ideal conditions, the Scotsman MC0330MA-1 Prodigy ELITE® ice machine head generates 400 lbs ice daily. This full dice ice looks elegant and works well in bars, bags, or restaurants. Water flows over an evaporator to create cubes, and then the Harvest Assist feature pushes a pin through the evaporator plate, causing the ice to fall. Typically, this ice is caught in a compartment that must be purchased separately. To keep ice fresh, the WaterSense system monitors mineral buildup and removes it automatically. Furthermore, antimicrobial protection on the internal surfaces deters bacterial growth. The Scotsman MC0330MA-1 ice machine head has AutoAlert™ indicator lights for visibility and a one-touch cleaning cycle for intuitive operation. For convenience in operation, cleaning, and servicing, operators can use Scotsman’s ICELINQ® mobile app to check the unit’s dashboard, adjust settings, and walk through a step-by-step guided cleaning process. A front-located air filter helps the unit operate efficiently, and for servicing, the front panel can be removed. This unit is air cooled and uses less water than water-cooled units.
