The MoTak MST-72-HC sandwich prep table's base has six shelves, each of which is PVC coated for durability and protection against corrosion. Its cacompartmentet is kept cool by a integrated refrigeration system and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and gives users a space to hold bulk ingredients for quick retrieval when they run out of items in the upper food pans.
