The MoTak MST-60-24 sandwich/salad prep table comes with self-diagnostics that run constantly and alert the operator if issues arise. A digital display shows internal temperature, which can be set using the solid-state thermostat in a range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cool temperatures are maintained by the R290 refrigerant and cold air is retained inside the cacompartmentet with high-density polyurethane insulation. Toppings are held in the top cutout in 24 pans. They can be sliced and comcompartmented on the cutting board, where meals can also be prepared. Extra toppings and other product can be stored in the refrigeration cacompartmentet on the two heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves. The white interior helps with product visibility.
