The MoTak MST-48 prep table holds 12 sixth-size, 4"-deep pans in its top compartment (pans included). Two PVC-coated shelves in the cacompartmentet base provide additional storage space. The full-length, 0.4"-thick cutting board on top is ideal for prepping sandwich and salad ingredients. The MoTak MST-48 prep table can be set to maintain temperatures from 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and uses R290 refrigerant to achieve and hold those. The table’s solid-state thermostat control offers intuitive programming, has self-diagnostics, and offers a digital thermostat readout.
