The board can also hold sandwiches, salads, or pizzas as they are being topped. With a stainless steel exterior with an aluminum back and interior, the unit withstands heavy professional use. Polyurethane insulation adds rigidiety to the cacompartmentet and helps it retain cold air better. This unit maintains temperature in a range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit with the use of R290 refrigerant. A digital display shows the temperatures for monitoring.
