These ingredients are kept cool by a integrated refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. If left open, both doors shut on their own to reduce energy costs, and during loading they can be propped open past 90 degrees. The poly-vinyl cutting board on the MoTak MST-72-30-X prep table offers a suitable place for employees to chop vegetables, meats, and cheeses, and assembling salads and sandwiches. This prep tables comes from the factory with four installed swivel casters, which means you don't have to deal with the hassle of putting those on yourself.
