MoTak MCBR84-D-X 84" Chef Base w/ (4) Drawers - 115v
The MoTak MCBR84-D-X chef base is constructed of stainless steel for long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion damage; its back is made of aluminum to match its industrial appearance. Its large size spans 84" wide by 321/8" deep by 257/8" tall and has four drawers to store ingredients that need to be kept cold. Furthermore, the drawers can accommodate 10 aspect-ratio gastronorm pans for additional organizing. Six heavy-duty swivel casters make the chef base mobile and allow the user to reconfigure their floorplan as needed. Because the MoTak MCBR84-D-X chef base is designed to support other kinds of kitchen equipment stacked on top of it, it offers a marine edge which creates stability for the stacked equipment. The refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant—an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly refrigerant with minimal impact on the ozone layer.
