Its back and interior are constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum, and the cacompartmentet is equipped with safety-shielded incandescent lighting for improved visibility. A one-section unit, operators can access the interior through a self-closing door equipped with a lock. To enable unimpeded loading and unloading, the door has a 90-degree stay-open feature. Inside, the unit is furnished with three heavy-duty coated shelves that are adjustable to accommodate a variety of products. The temperature of the MoTak MSD-1DF-BAL-12 one-section freezer can be adjusted between -8 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit with a precise electronic control system. It maintains these levels using R290 refrigerant—a type of hydrocarbon more environmentally friendly than traditional alternatives.
