• Safe in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees F
• Can withstand pan temperatures of 350 degrees F for pans right out of the oven
• 55-lb. single rail capacity
• 175-lb. total unit capacity
• Plastic body and casters do not rust
• 5-in. thermoplastic casters do not scratch floors
• Casters have a total lock that prevents swiveling and rolling
• Frame's top can hold (1) 18-in. x 26-in. sheet pan to cover pans below
