Product Features
The Advance Tabco WB-5G-LP-X wetbath hot food table is made of durable stainless steel to resist scratches and rust. It is not engineered to cook or heat refrigerated or frozen food, and it creates steam to keep prepared foods at ideal serving temperatures. For additional storage space, an 8" undershelf is in place to hold supplies and equipment, while the shelf is adjustable with die-cast leg clamps. The machine has 5 well openings that accept 12"-by-20" food pans, and the Advance Tabco WB-5G-LP-X water bath table has an 8" thermoplastic cutting board that delivers a space for ingredient prep. For safety and stability, its legs are molded into stainless steel gussets, and each leg has 1" bullet feet.
