The Advance Tabco HF-3G-LP-X hot food table is constructed from stainless and galvanized steel for durability and heavy use in professional settings. An 8" support shelf holds the white, thermoplastic cutting board that is 3ā8 of an inch thick. Bullet feet on the legs are adjustable to accommodate uneven flooring. The undershelf is adjustable to accommodate equipment or product you need to store.
There are three hot well openings with fiberglass insulation between each to help retain heat. The control knobs each have three settings, and the entire unit is heated by propane gas. This table is meant to be used for dry operation, but if you use spillage pans, food will stay moist. The Advance Tabco HF-3G-LP-X hot food table is engineered to hold cooked, hot food and maintain their temperatures.
